PATCH is a voluntary organisation which offers confidential support to families with young children.

Our Mission Statement
To help and improve the quality of life for families with young children in Hartlepool.

The aim of this site is to provide families with information about our services.

Messages out of office hours can be left on the answer-phone.

We have 10 part time staff all based at the main office although our Group Support Workers are out and about at our Parent & Toddler Support Groups held town-wide throughout the week.
